JACOB IS 23.4 POUNDS!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!! It has taken a year to get over the 23 lb hump and he did it!!! Not only did he get to the 23 lb mark but he is 4 ounces more than the plain old 23. I AM SO HAPPY!!!!
